Wir machen einen Work and Travel für mehrere Monate und möchten unsere wunderschöne Dachgeschosswohnung voll ausgestattet in vertrauensvolle Hände geben :)

Es handelt sich um eine helle 2-Zimmerwohnung im 5. OG mit einem großzügigen loftartigen Grundriss und ca. 90 m² Wohnfläche. Der nach Südwesten und Norden ausgerichtete Wohn- und Essbereich ist dank eines Oberlichts und großer Fensterfronten ganztägig von reichlich Licht und Sonne durchflutet. Neben dem offenen Kamin verfügt die Wohnung über zwei großzügige Terrassen, welche eine gemütliche Auszeit unter freiem Himmel ermöglichen.

Die Wohnung ist ab sofort oder Februar 2024 für einen flexiblen Zeitraum beziehbar (mindestens 3 Monate). Die Gesamtkosten beinhalten alle Nebenkosten inklusive Strom und Internet. Bitte nur Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere.

We are going on a trip for several months and would like to leave our beautiful penthouse fully equipped in trustful hands.

This renovated penthouse is located on the 5th floor and offers a true oasis of well-being for couples and singles. The bright 2-room apartment inspires with a spacious loft-like floor plan and about 90 m² of living space. Thanks to a skylight and large windows, the southwest and north-facing living and dining area is flooded with plenty of light and sun all day long. In addition to the open fireplace - a highlight of the apartment - the unit has two spacious terraces, which allow a cozy time out in the open air.

The apartment is lovingly furnished, in light tones, and is fully equipped:
- Bathroom: with natural light and underfloor heating offers both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a washing machine with dryer function.
