Biete meine wunderschöne, große Wohnung im Herzen von Friedrichshain zur Untermiete für 3-6 Monate an. Sie kann ab dem 15. Januar bezogen werden, aber Ein- und Auszugstermine sind flexibel.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß mit ca. 105m², hat viele Fenster (und lässt damit sehr viel Tageslicht rein) und hat einiges zu bieten:
• Großes Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen queen-sized Bett 😍
• Große, voll ausgestattete offene Küche 👨‍🍳
• Offener Lounge-Bereich mit großer gemütlicher Couch und einem Home-Cinema-System (siehe Foto) 🍿
• Ein Arbeitszimmer mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht und einem elektrisch verstellbaren Arbeitstisch, plus großem Monitor zur freien Verfügung 🖥️
• Einem großen Südbalkon mit Lounge-Sitzen, worauf man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann ☀️

Wie man von den Fotos erkennen kann habe ich viel Zeit, Geld und Mühe in die Dekoration der Wohnung gesteckt und würde mir dementsprechend jemanden wünschen, der das zu schätzen und respektieren weiß. Die Wohnung ist am Besten für Paare oder kleine Familien geeignet, also keine WG und bitte keine Party-People.

Die Wohnung befindet sie genau auf der Simon-Dach-Straße (am Boxi), d.h. es gibt eine Vielzahl an Angeboten an Restaurants und Entertainment, quasi direkt vor der Haustür!

I'm subletting my beautiful, spacious flat in Friedrichshain for 3-6 months starting from the 15th of January (move in date is flexible).

The flat is quite large at 105m², has a lot of windows (so it's really bright and catches the sun from all sides) and has a lot to offer:
• Large bedroom with a queen-sized, comfortable bed and a pull-out TV for watching movies in bed! 😍
• Huge, fully-equipped open kitchen 👨‍🍳
• Open-floor lounge area with huge couch and an really good home-cinema system 🍿
• A study/library room with a beautiful view and a electrically adjustable working desk plus a large monitor that you can use for work 🖥️
• A large beautiful south-facing balcony that gets every ray of sun ☀️

As you can tell from the photos, I spent lots of time, effort and money to decorate the flat, so I'm looking for people who'll handle everything with care and respect. The flat is best suited for couples or small families, so no flatsharing possible and especially no party people please.

The flat located right on Simon-Dach-Straße (close to Boxi), so there are a million options for food and entertainment right at your doorstep, which will make your time in Berlin really special!
