My home is a charming peaceful furnished flat in the heart of Samariterkiez (Friedrichshain), facing a park on one side and a church on the other. I can offer a 1 master bedroom and a living room with a fold out couch for your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets and a shower/bathtub. It is a great location in the city. The birds, children's park and church bell all add a nice atmosphere during the day! The flat is in a historic alt bau building and perfect for a single, couple or trio. Friedrichshain is a vibrant Berlin neighborhood and has great transport connections, with great cultural venues and restaurants and cafes. The flat is on the first floor, with stair access. There are 2 small balconies and a back area for storage of bikes. This is a quiet relaxing home and perfect for those looking for a central location with authentic character and charm. It is fully equipped and will include our personal possessions with storage in the second bedroom, hence a deposit is required. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking at home. Note the tv in the living room is a Google Smart TV.
