The available room is unfurnished while the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a storage room on the same floor where you can store anything you need. We are looking for a person who has a steady income since you will need to apply directly to the landlord.
