Da ich für eine längere Auslandsreise nicht in Berlin sein werde, möchte meine 2 ZMW in F-Hain zunächst von 06.2024 - 06.2025 untervermieten. Eine Verlängerung wäre unter Umständen nach Absprache möglich.

Die Warmmiete inkludiert sämtliche Betriebskosten pauschal (Heizung, Gas, Wasser, Strom, Internet, TV, Möbel).

Die schöne Altbauwohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, separater Küche, Balkon und Bad mit Badewanne. Das tolle am Schnitt ist, dass man sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, als auch vom Schlafzimmer Zugang zum Balkon hat (s. Grundriss).

Möblierung ist sehr schlicht, aber vollständig, gehalten damit ihr soviel wie möglich von der Wohnfläche hat und doch keine funktionales Kompromisse eingeht.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine vollausgestattete Küche mit diversen Küchenhelfern, professionelles Homeoffice Setup, 1.40m Bett, Waschtrockner im Bad, und einigen Smart Home Installationen (Speaker, Licht, Smart Lock, Thermostate) die ihr nach Bedarf auch nutzen könnt. Einfach mit dem Koffer einziehen :)

As I am travelling abroad for a while, I will be sub renting my 2 room apartment in F-Hain from 06.2024 - 06.2025, with possibility for extension.

The warm rent includes all running costs (heating, gas, water, electricity, Internet, TV, furnishing).

In this lovely Altbau you will find a big living room, bed room, separated kitchen, balcony and bathroom with bathtub. The floor design is great as you can access the balcony from both the living room as well as the bed room (see floor plan).

Furnishing is minimalistic yet complete, so you have the most out of the living space, but don't have to compromise on function. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, professional home office set up, 1.40m bed, washing machine with dry function, and a few smart home installations (speaker, lights, smart lock, thermostats) that you may use at your own comfort. Just move in with your suitcase :)
