Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung im ruhigen Friedrichshainer Nordkiez für 3, maximal 4 Monate, vom 4. Oktober an. Die Wohnung habe ich selbst vor 2 Jahren aufwändig renoviert, mit abgezogenen Dielen etc. Es gibt ein großes Wohn- und ein kleines Schlafzimmer, eine recht große Küche und ein Mini-Bad.
Die Küche ist bestückt mit Kühlschrank, Arbeitsplatte, Herd und Spüle. Geheizt wird mit Ofen (Restkohlen gibt es gratis) und Gas.
Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, Supermarkt 200m, zum Südkiez 5 Minuten zu Fuß. DSL ist verfügbar. Bitte Kontakt per Email, ich melde mich für einen

Hi altogether,
I'm subletting my two bedroom apartment in the Northern part of Friedrichshain for three, max. 4 month, starting Oct. 4th. I spend a lot of time renovating the apartment two years ago (sanded wooden floor etc.) There's alarge living and a smaller bedroom, a normal sized kitchen and a tiny bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven / stove, fridge, workspace and sink. Heating system is coal (some leftover coals I give you for free) and gas. Tram station right in front of the house, supermarket 200m, and the southern part of the district with all the bars and restaurants is a five minute walk away.
