möblierte 2-Zimmerwohnung in Fhain zur Zwischenmiete

Wohnen in einer der schönsten Strasse Friedrichshains! Da wir für ein paar Monate Berlin verlassen suchen wir nette und zuverlässige Zwischenmieter von 1. Januar / 1. Februar bis Ende April 2010. Unsere Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, hat zwei grosse Zimmer (eins zur Strasse mit Balkon und ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof), ein renoviertes Bad, Zentralheizung, abgezogenen Dielen, ist voll möbliert (inkl. Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, etc), und kommt mit Telefon/DSL. Die Wohnung is toll gelegen: Kiezladen gegenüber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, super Anbindung zur U-Bahn (Frankfurter Allee / Samariterstrasse um die Ecke), S-Bahn (10min bis Warschauer Strasse / Ring) und zum Ostbahnhof (15min).

In der Warmmiete (680€) sind Abschlagszahlungen für Strom, Heizung, und Warmwasser, sowie Telefon/DSL/GEZ enthalten. Geraucht werden darf in der Wohnung leider nicht. Wir möchten die Wohnung nur einmal, also für den gesamten Zeitraum (3-4 Montate) untervermieten.

Live in Friedrichshain’s nicest street! We are leaving Berlin for a couple of months and are looking for nice and reliable subtenants from 1st January (or 1st February) to 30th April 2010. Our flat is on the second floor, has two big rooms (one street-facing room with a balcony and a really quite room to the backyard), nice bathroom, central heating, floorboard, and comes ready-furnished (including kitchen stuff, TV, etc) and with phone/DSL. You’ll have everything you need in the immediate surrounding (bars, grocery stores, restaurants, etc) and public transport is only 2min away.

Rent is 680€ and includes everything (heating, electricity, phone, DSL, etc.). The flat is a non-smoking area and we are only looking for people that would rent the flat for the entire period (3-4 months).
