I rent my FULLY FURNISHED apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain for sublease from September 1st 2010 (moving in date is flexible - just ask me). Ideally 6 months or more but I am flexible (from 2 – 24 months sublease possible) The apartment is in a modern building with elevator and situated very centrally: 5min walk to the nearest S-Bahn-station (Ostbahnhof), which is two stations from Alexanderplatz. Subway (Straussberger Platz) is 3 walking minutes away. A bus station is right in the back of the house. Shopping opportunities are right by (Kaisers - open until 10pm, Lidl, Galeria Kaufhof). The apartment is situated in a calm surrounding with one room of the apartment heading south, the other north. Lot’s of green outside the window (as you might see on the pictures). The kitchen has been renovated recently with a new fridge, a gas oven, microwave, and a brand new washing machine. The apartment is furnished in modern style with laminate, cable TV (big television present), central heating, flat rate Internet. Re-alquilo mi piso COMPLETAMENTE AMUEBLADO en Berlin Friedrichshain a partir del 1. de Septiembre 2010 (fecha de comienzo flexible – preguntadme por favor). Lo ideal sería para 6 meses pero hay flexibilidad (posible re-alquiler de 2 – 24 meses). El apartamento está en un edificio moderno con ascensor y situado en zona muy céntrica; a 5 min andando hasta la estación de S-Bahn (Ostbahnhof) – dos estaciones de Alexanderplatz. La U-Bahn Straussberger Platz está a 3 min. Hay estación de autobús detrás del edificio. Hay supermercados muy cerca (Kaisers – abierto hasta las 10pm, Lidl, Galería Kaufhof).
El apartamento está situado en una zona muy tranquila, con una habitación hacia el norte, otra hacia el sur. Está situado en una zona verde (como podéis ver en las fotos). La cocina ha sido renovada recientemente con una nevera nueva, placa de gas, microondas y una lavadora comprada recientemente. Los muebles son de carácter moderno en laminado, TV por cable (hay tele grande), calefacción central, Internet tarifa plana.
