I am renting my cosy 2 room apartment (45sqm) from November 4- November 23 (Dates are flexible). The apartment is on the ground floor facing a sunny courtyard and has a large terrace where you can grill or enjoy the sun. The flat is in a back building so it is very quiet.
The living room is equiped with a very comfortable couch and the bedroom has a large bed for 2 (or more ; ). The apartment is furnished with original German furnishings (almost nothing from Ikea :). The kitchen includes everything needed for cooking, and coffee or tea making. Wifi is inclusive as well as a landline phone that includes free international calling to most countries (including USA). The bathroom has a wonderful shower and bathtub. There is also a washing machine.
The terrace is surrounded by a garden with flowers, herbs, peppers and tomatoes.
The location is perfect for walking to the nearby Simon Dach Strasse where there are many bars, restaraunts, clubs, stores, ect. and there is a direct tram to either Prenzlaurberg or Kreuzberg. The nearby Ubahn (Frankfurter Tor) goes direct to Alexanderplatz (the center) in 10 minutes.
