Cool place to stay on Christmes and new years!

My name is Shany and I live in Berlin since 3 years.
I am subletting my lovely apartment for three weeks. It will be from 21.12.2013 until 14.01.2013.
The apartment is good located in the center of the sweet and famous district Friedrichshain, 5 minutes away from "Boxi-Platz", quite and nice but also close to all of the party! :)
In the street there are 2 kindergartens and a bakery. A lot of restaurants and bars around, also close to the area of Warschauer Strasse with all of the clubs.
Supermarkets - Lidl or Rewe 10 minutes away, tram station m13 is 2 minutes away and good old ostkreuz is 7 minutes from here.

The apartment (wing, 2nd floor) fits to a couple as well as a single.
The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living room.
The neighbors are nice, quite and polite.

Meine Name ist Shany und ich lebe seit 3 Jahrenin Berlin. Ich will meine schöne Wohnung von 21/12/2013 bis 14/01/2013 für untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage im Zentrum von Friedrichshain. Der Boxhagener Platz ist 5 Minuten entfernt, die Wohnung selbst hingegen liegt angenehm ruhig in der Gryphiusstraße.
Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock im Hinterhaus und eignet sich hervorragend sowohl für Päarchen als auch für Single. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Eine Dusche ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Infrastruktur vor Ort ist hervorragend, es gibt Restaurauts und Bars und die Anbindung mit Nähe zum Bahnhof Ostkreuz sehr gut. Supermärkte und Shopping-Gelegenheiten sind vorhanden.
