We are subletting our apartment for 3 weeks from July 9th to July 29th.
It is a family apartment and has
- 1 bedroom with a large bed and crib
- 1 kid's bedroom with a twin bed (100x200)
- 1 living room with a couch that can be folded out to accommodate 1-2 extra people
- 1 wintergarden / enclosed balcony
- bathroom with tub and washing machine plus a diaper changing table
- kitchen with dishwasher
We are often told our space has a very cozy vibe, we have lots of art and plants.
There is a nice sound system in the living room and tons of records to look through.
The Kid's room has a small desk, drum set, lots of percussion instruments, a keyboard, a guitar, art our daughter made...
You can smoke in the wintergarden however we ask that you keep the door to the living room closed.

The apartment is located between s Ostbahnhof and S+U Jannowitzbruecke, close to Holzmarkt, Yaam, Kater Blau. There is a Netto, Edeka, and Penny within walking distance. The area has many playgrounds, the closest right in front of the house.
Rent for the three weeks is
700 Euros for two people
+50 Euros/extra Person (electricity, water, etc.)
plus cash deposit of 150 that you will get back after your stay.
