Hey,
I'm still traveling and offer my apartment in Friedrichshain for sublet. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. It is located in Ebertystr., north part of Friedrichshain, close to Velodrome and Volkspark Friedrichshain. Easy access to public transportation: S-Bahn station Landsberger Alle (Ring S41/42, S8, S85), M10 (Straßmann Str), M8, M5, M6 (Landsberger-Petersburger). There are plenty of Supermarkets and drugstores around: Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann, DM, organic store Denn's.
This is a studio apartment. The main room is big 28m2 with double-bed, sofa, closet and a standing desk. The room gets the morning sun [ when it's sunny ;-) ] The kitchen and bathroom windows face the opposite direction so they get the afternoon sun [when it's sunny ;-) ] The kitchen has a stove-top, oven, washing machine and all the kitchen utensils for cooking. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The flat is for only one person. The landlord does not allow smoking, pets and partying.
If you're not local - the German law prohibits downloading/streaming. Any fines incurred from illegal download or streaming will be covered by the renter.
The rent (600+80 euros) is for a month. It includes all running costs, heating, electricity, water, internet. You won't need to pay anything extra.
Deposit: 600 euros.
RENT PERIOD: 15 March - 15 April. I may be able to offer the place for longer.
I'm looking for someone mature, responsible and respectful.
