Sublet in Friedrichshain January 2023 (flexible dates)

Hi there!

I am subletting my flat in Friedrichshain to a couple. The apartment is distributed in two floors (4th and 5th) and has the following:

- Bedroom with 160x200 double bed and en-suite toilet (with washing machine)
- Office space room equipped to work from home for two people: desks, office chairs, and monitors.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a big kitchen island to sit 4 people and cook very comfortably. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster...
- Bathroom with a bathtub.
- Open living room with a dining area (there is a projector where you can watch Netflix or connect your laptop to watch whatever you would like). In the living room itself, there is a corner designated to hang jackets and leave shoes.

The apartment is very spacious. It is a very cozy place to be. It is very quiet as well, as it is a maisonette in the "back" (Hinterhaus) of the building. I would appreciate it if you could take care of our plants while you live here.

The dates are flexible. Starting on December 30th, you can stay here until the end of March 2023.
The rent per month in total is 1500€. It includes all bills and extra costs like water, electricity, and internet.
