Sublet my apartment during my vacation.

*IMPORTANT : Note that the only reason for below market price rent is that you will have the obligation to take care of my cat, a 2.5 year old male Ragdoll( in picture). He is quiet and super friendly, never scratch or bite.

Rent:
Everything included for the entire rent period of 36 days. Electricity, water, heating, internet are all included.

Location :
Green and quite part of Köpenick, tram 62 in 4 min walking distance.
6min walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, bakery.
It is not close to the city center, but if you have a bike it's quite convenient with S Bahn.

Apartment:
It's new building, I moved into the building in July. All furnitures are new.

New cooking area in living room with spacious fridge, dish washer, cooking oven, air fryer, water boiler, Coffee Maschin and Toaster. All the cooking pots and pan and cutlery available and free to use.

A big sofa and huge windows in living room.
In bedroom there's a 160x200 bed, with an electrically adjustable working desk and monitor. Two big windows.

There is also a big balcony in this apartment, with table&chairs and night lights where you can enjoy the calm and pretty starry night.

In bathroom you can find a shower and Siemens washing machine.

Miscellaneous:
- Internet Speed 150mbt
- Deposit will be returned when key is returned, only to make sure that you take care of the cat and the apartment.
- of course a residence registration is not possible
