This wonderful flat is very sunny , renovated and has parquet floor. Its on the third floor for of a beautiful old building.
The kitchen is very well equipped with gas stove( great for cooking enthusiasts like myself), dishwasher, fridge etc. and a small table for you to eat or drink a coffee. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
The bedroom os aroun 10 sqm has a big bed, shelves, bedside table and a huge window for the sun to come in in the morning. There are also a little space for you to bring your own stuff.
ANMELDUNG POSSIBLE
The apartment is located in the beautiful Bergmannstraße area. Which is easily accessible , 10 meters from U-Gneisenaustraße ,multiple supermarkets within 5 mins reach, and a lot of choice restaurants bars and cafe. You can also be at the beautiful Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieck in 10 mins.
I'm Martin, 24 years old from HongKong. I have been staying in Berlin for almost 3 years, currently doing my bachelor degree as a business student. I like spending my free time doing sports, at the Gym, traveling, some drinking or playing some games. I am very open minded person, always open for a chat and i am quite chilled. So, I also expects people to respect each other, especially when it comes to having a clean and organized flat :)
We are looking for easy going, open mined people who wanna stay long term and make this flat a home.
