Since my boyfriend and I are going to Asia for a few months, we are subletting our flat in Kreuzberg. At the moment we can't say for sure how many months we will spend in Asia. What is certain is that we will be looking for a new tenant for at least until 31.03.2024. However, this can all be decided personally.
The flat will be rented fully furnished and is therefore perfect for people looking for temporary accommodation in Berlin. The rental costs already include electricity and internet.
The flat is 44 square meters and has two rooms. In addition, there is a small kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony (see pictures)
The apartment is in a pretty good location in Kreuzberg near Mitte. The nearest bus stop is Waldeckpark (M29). It can be reached in 2 minutes. In addition, you can reach Moritzplatz (U8), Prinzenstraße (U1/U3) and Checkpoint Charlie (U6) in about 10 minutes by foot.
We are looking for someone who is willing to move in from 4th November. It is important to us that the new tenant treats our furniture and other belongings respectfully and agrees to water my plants :)
As there are many families living in this house, the flat is not suitable for partying and for loud music sessions.
