This loft is suitable for artist due to its large atelier, but equally for a family with children or a group of friends: there are separate rooms, aside from the huge loft space: a nursery, a large artist’s studio (can also be used as a bedroom) and a guestroom that fits two to three people, integrated in an enormous, industrial loftspace with very high ceilings, thick supporting columns, gorgeous parquet floors, a walk-in closet, large windows and a huge bathroom with bath and shower.

*Comfort and Appliances*
The loft is located in a former turn-of-the-century brick factory building: it combines the raw industrial atmosphere with all the comfort you need for a summer in Berlin: fast wireless internet, comfortable double beds, plenty of closet space, a large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave-grill, oven, magimix juicer, blender, large fridge-freezer, kettle etc. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the very large bathroom. There are plenty of couches and desk space for work and hanging out.

Despite being on the ground floor, there are special reinforcements in front of the windows so very low risk of a break-in.

The loft is a two-minute-walk to Lausitzer Platz, one minute to great bars, café’s, Aldi and other shops, four minutes to Gorlitzer Park, U-Bahn station Gorlizter Park and the Oranienstrasse

*For kids / babies *
The loft is also suitable for people with small children or a baby, and a fully equipped nursery, baby bath, play-pen and toys are all present. There are about seven (!) playgrounds in a five-minute radius and two parks.

*Exciting Kreuzberg*
The area is filled with galleries, café’s, clubs and bars, and it’s one of those districts in Berlin that is rarely left by its inhabitants as it offers almost everything you might be looking for in the city.

*Literally cool*
Summers can occasionally get very hot and stuffy in Berlin, but due to the building’s thick walls and large windows, it is always pleasantly cool inside.

Kreuzberg is one of the most desirable areas for people coming to stay in Berlin, with rooms to sublet in the summer at a premium, a 20m2 room in this area will usually cost from 500 euros and upwards and they are rented out fast, and that is just a room!
