as we´re leaving for holiday from septmeber 20th to october 28th we are subletting our cozy, sunny 4-room apt. for 5 weeks. (monthly rent for october is 1200, 5weeks would be 1400)
There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtube, a seperate toilet, washing machine,espresso machine and everything else you need to make your stay in Berlin comfortable. The appartment is fully-furnished and the rent of 1400 Euro includes everything. No hidden costs!
Situated in lovely Graefekiez, one of Berlins´ best areas. Surrounded by a loads of nice coffee places, good restaurants, cozy bars, the famous oriental market and literally two steps away from the Landwehrkanal where you can enjoy the last days of summer.
