We rent our flat in Kreuzberg very near Viktoria Park from sept 20th to October 8th.
That is 2 and a half week. It can be a good start if you arrive in Berlin and do not have found a long stay apartment yet!
The apartment is fully furnished and equiped, tastefull furniture, very large windows and high ceilings.
All the rooms are of agreable size, everything is perfectly designed and practical.
It opens on a quiet private courtyard, but the apartment level is higher than the courtyard, therefore, you have privacy! In the building there is a very nice small shared garden.
The neighbourhood is great very near Bergmannstr and Mehringdamm, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. The apartment is near the Ubahn/Sbahn and bus lines. It is a perfect place to live to discover the city.
We already have had good experiences with short stays and we are very glad to leave our apartment to the good care of people.
We feel that the price is very reasonnable as we don't make a profit out of it. A weekly stay is available too, at the rate of 170 euros per week. We prefer to find someone for the whole stay, but contact us anyway!
Available for visits immediatly, we can also talk by skype if you are not here. We speak French, English and German.
