2 room Graefekiez Apartment to sublet.

My boyfriend and I are going back to Melbourne for four weeks and we'd like to offer our apartment to couchsurfers to rent in this time.

The location is one of the best in Berlin: Graefekiez, a very beautiful little pocket of Kreuzberg between the canal, and 'Kreuzkölln'.
Great connections with U8-Schönleinstraße 5 mins walk, U8/U7 Hermannplatz and U1/U8 Kottbusser Tor 10 mins walk plus many buses.
Its also one of the prettiest, most diverse and lively area to stroll around in with countless bars, cafes, bookshops, speciality shops in a very friendly, comsopolitan atmosphere.

It's a big two bedroom apartment, 70 square metres, and is perfect for a couple or two friends, however there is enough place for 4 people (in two double beds)

It's a well-restored Berliner Altbau apartment with very high ceilings with ornate stucco, big double doors, polished wooden floor boards and large windows that let in a lot of light. The Master bedroom also has an Erker (bay-window).

We've got WI-FI internet, washing machine, new stovetop and oven, plus all the usual amenities (fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, etc).
Our telephone also has a flat-rate to all landlines in Germany, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia.

The price for the 26 days is 780€ plus 200€ that is returned at the end of the period. We're pretty relaxed people, and smoking or bringing a pet should not be a problem.

We are looking for people who will stay the whole time!
