The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and a dish washer. The rent includes all utilities, heating, WiFi/DSL and the furnishing rate. Electricity - a monthly flat rate of 70 Eur is included for electricity. The meter will be read at the beginning and end of the rental period. It will be then calculated and billed according to your consumption at the end of the rental period.
