ma and my flatmate are both going away for three month, so we're looking for someone to take care of the house.
for the neighborhood its incredibly cheap, but its packed with our stuff.
we can maybe talk about taking some more of it out, or hiding it somewhere, but if you have already your own furniture you'll soon reach the limits of this flat.
altbau, wooden floors, high ceilings, shower.

one room has a queensize bed, small table, huge sewing maschine.
very bright and very quiet.
the other room goes to the front, has a couch a table maybe a bed, at least one maybe two pianos.
the flat is fully equipped, but not fancy at all. its an very pretty assembly of makeshift solutions i would say.
aha very important,
we are both smokers. i usually don't smoke in my room, but if you are sensitive to smoke, you will not be happy here.
440€/month all bills incl. and a deposit would be very nice.
ahh als an insurrance would be nice, one that covers damages, like fires, and waterdamage, but they are pretty easy and cheap to get.

parties are not possible. at all.
this is a rather quiet house, and against all big city prejudices there is not much anonymity.
we live in the middle of hipsterville, goerlitzer park is just down the street, to the U1 its a 5min walk.
loads of bars, cafés, lidl and kaisers around the corner.
please no pubcrawlers.
partyowls are fine, aslong as you keep the party outside. no afterhours, no binges, no big preparties..
you get the point.
