Hi there!
We are going for a trip for 2 weeks and are subletting our 120m2 flat in Kreuzberg.
It‘s an Apartment with 3 and a half rooms with high ceilings, wooden floor and high windows in the middle of Kreuzberg (Wrangelkiez).
The flat is very bright, the rooms have a view over the Görlitzer Park, so it is very sunny.
The sleeping room has a 200x180 bed, and in the living room there is a sleeping couch for two People. So it is a also good place to stay for a family
There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing maschine, as well as a kitchen with all cooking facilities.
We would like to invite guests, who appreciate our space. No parties.
100 Euros/night for max 4 persons. We would love to Rent our Home for the two weeks we are gone, so if someone is interested for the Whole Time, we would Rent the Appartement for 1200euros.
The appartment is very close to the Görlitzer Park as well as the river, the UBahn station Schlesisches Tor (5min), Warschauerstraße (10min) supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants and a lot of other nice places. Its a very lively neighbourhood.
It is a non smoking flat and we would kindly ask you to respect that and smoke outside if you need to. We live on the second floor so maybe thats managable :)
IT IS FREE FROM THE 19th of FEBRUARY to the 06th of MARCH.
The total cost for this period is 400 Euros (= all inclusive: heating, electricity, WLAN, DSL, washing machine)
Deposit is € 500 which you will get back when we you move out and everything is fine.
Maybe there will be another person renting the other room in the appartment. There is a walk-through room in between them, so privacy if neccassary.
