3rd March till 8th May - Flat at the heart of trendy Kreuzberg in Südstern

I am offering my flat for short-term rental from March 3rd to May 8th because I will be travelling during that time. The monthly rent for the flat is 980 Euros, and there is an additional cleaning fee of 45 Euros per session. There will be two cleaning sessions: one after one month and one at the end of the rental period. I will provide a sublet contract for the rental, and a deposit of 600 Euros will be required. The deposit will be refunded to you when you move out.

Virtual and in-person viewings are available. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible. The bedroom is currently under renovation and only one photo is available to view its current state, but it will be completed by March.

The flat lies within the peaceful courtyard of a lovely old Berlin house with great character. It has high ceilings and polished wood floors and is attractively decorated with chic contemporary furnishings. Relaxing and homely, you’ll find everything you need as I live there :)

The accommodation consists of the following:
One bedroom with a very comfortable double bed
One living/dining room with plenty of room to relax.
One well-equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, microwave and stove/oven.
One bathroom with bathtub fitted with a rainfall showerhead

Coffee and a selection of teas are available. Towels will also be provided.

Kreuzberg is the hub of Berlin’s unique style and culture, and its impressive array of street art and eclectic mix of international cuisine, coffee shops, nightclubs, and trendy bars attracts the hippest of the hip. Alternatively, relax in the beautiful parks of Hasenheide (800m), Tempelhof (1000m) and Viktoriapark (1700m) or stroll down to the scenic Landwehr Canal, just 700m from my flat, where you can chill beside the water, read a book or have a picnic. A weekly artisan food and farmers market takes place 250m from my flat on Saturdays. My apartment’s central location also offers excellent links to public transport with plentiful U-Bahn/Underground lines and local buses so that access to all of Berlin’s attractions is super-easy, making it the perfect choice for an enjoyable stay in Berlin whether you are coming to a party or sightsee
