We are renting out our lovely flat in the heart of Kreuzberg from December 4th until 01. April (exact date tba) as we will spend the winter abroad.
The flat is ideal for families and couples. The flat is a typical "altbau" with high ceilings, wood panel, wing doors and is very sunny as it is south facing. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the flat.
The kitchen is very equipped from Kitchen Aid, Aarke to Mocca Master - you will find everything you need during your stay.
In the cozy bedroom you will sleep on a brand new mattress of 2,00 m x 2,00 which even includes a mobile air con if needed. If you are here for work feel free to use the office which includes a screen, a big desk of 1,60 m and a comfortable office chair (with 50,000 mbit wifi). The living room has a huge and comfy sofa where you can use a beamer to netflix and chill.
We have a lovely kids room next to the living room with a 1,40 m floor bed that can accomodate small and big guests. If needed we can provide a baby crib. All toys and items in the kids room from climbing triangle to the kitchen can be used during the stay. You will have a fantastic view over the Görlitzer Bahnhof and will enjoy an unique urban view.
It is a very comfortable flat which is ideal for couples and families as you can see in the pictures.
The flat is in the heart of Kreuzberg closed to Görlitzer Bahnhof and Kanal. It is a very vivid area with lots of bars, restaurants and coffee places. Many great coffee places and bakerys are close by such as La Maison, The Visit Coffee Shop, The Barn, 5 elefants and Albatross. Or try out all nearby ice cream stores: Duo Siciliane, Vanille & Marille, Fräulein Frost, LeckoMio, Tribecca Ice etc.
Plenty supermarkets can be reached within a 5 minute walk: LPG, Edeka, Penny, Lidl etc. Or you can try the weekly markets at canal or Markthalle 9.
This area has many offers for families with very nice playgrounds (Lausitzer Platz), Public pool Prinzenbad, Petting Zoo...
