Singles and couples works well. (Won‘t work for a shared appartment.)

Min stay: 2 months
Rent: 1.150 € / month - Gas & Electricity have risen a lot. Please be reasonable with spending energy. I calculated 350€ / month as a deposit and we‘ll do a calculation with the actual prices once your stay is over to have everything super fair.
Deposit: 2 months rent = 2.300 €
