Hi, we’re leaving Berlin for 3 months and looking for subleters for our beautiful, fully furnished and equipped, apartment in Xberg, for the whole period.
Looking for nice, clean (we had some bad experience) and responsible people, who can take good care of our place (and plants) while we’re gone; and who don’t mind being in contact with us regarding mail and/or other necessities.

The apartment is bright and spacious, 100 sqm, next to Südstern station.
3rd floor, with an elevator, 3 rooms: a bedroom, a living room and a home office.

It’s not suitable for a WG and not for in-house-party people.

Pets - a mature dog is welcomed but we unfortunately can’t allow cats.

Anmeldung is possible, but you have to make sure to Abmeldung after you leave.

Availability: 3 months, from beginning of March till first or second week of June (no set date yet).
We’re looking for someone who can take the apartment for the full term.

Please contact us, if the dates are ok for you (plus-minus a couple of days is fine), and only if you’re interested in the full period.

Price: €2177.- incl. all bills*:
€1600 Kalt,
€260 Nebenkosten,
€50 Internet,
€76 Electricity,
€191 Gas.

* Electricity and Gas:
The bills are according to our consumption in 2022, 2116 Kwh for electricity and 12.000 Kwh for gas, which is really not a lot. We make sure to turn the heaters and lights off when we leave the house and don’t use heaters in rooms when we’re not in them, etc. We’ll check the clocks together before handing over the apartment, so everyone knows how much was the consumption and if an adjustment in bills is necessary.
