I am subletting my charming, comfortable and very central Berlin apartment while I am away from one to three months with a possibility to extend until August.
The apartment, an altbau dating to 1987, is spacious and light with high ceilings, crown moldings and traditional wood floors. The bedroom has a double canopy bed and plenty of storage space. The living room has a comfortable sofa that becomes double bed, desk, bookcase and TV. The kitchen is large, with a dining table, dishes, and pots and pans for cooking. The bathroom includes a bathtub.
The apartment is not cluttered.
Includes: Linens/down comforter, towels, washing machine, dishwasher high-speed internet (WiFi), TV for streaming, hardwood floors, coffee facilities.
The Neighborhood: This apartment is in one of the most sought after areas of Berlin, full of shops, restaurants and other amenities, including a wonderful park with a waterfall around the corner and a market hall with restaurants and vendors.
I live five minutes away from three subway lines (S1, S2, S25, U7, and a central bus line – the M19; 10 minutes to another two subway lines (U6, U1), and 15 minutes to another subway line (U2).
This neighborhood has great access to most of the city. It is also possible to walk to some attractions in Mitte, Kreuzberg and Schoneberg.
This is a short-term sublet with possibility to extend until late summer. No anmeldung.
