UNTERMIETE

Von Mitte November bis Anfang April (ca. 08.04)

Während unseres Sabbaticals im nächsten Winter möchten wir unsere Wohnung untervermieten.

Eckdaten der Wohnung:
- Große und helle 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung
- 105 qm
- Garten mit großer Terrasse
- Direkt an der S Lichtenberg (1 Gehminute)
- Kernsanierter Altbau
- 1.650 € pro Monat für alles

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg und ist somit sehr gut angebunden. Mit 3,5 Zimmern, einer großen Terrasse mit eigenem Garten und 105 m2 Wohnfläche bietet sie viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren kernsaniert und ist daher in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Wohnzimmer und Arbeitszimmer sind durch eine Flügeltür miteinander verbunden. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum ruhigen Innenhof hinaus - ideal für einen ruhigen Schlaf.
Die Wohnküche (halber Raum) mit angrenzender Terrasse ist ebenfalls zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Hier kann man gemütlich kochen.
Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag in die Wohnung. Morgens ins Wohnzimmer und Büro, ab mittags bis abends kann man die Sonne in Küche & Garten genießen. (Auch im Februar und März saßen wir schon in der Sonne im Garten :))
Im Büro gibt es zwei voll ausgestattete Homeoffice-Arbeitsplätze (höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Monitor, Bürostühle), die gerne genutzt werden können.
Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Beamer mit Leinwand installiert, für Kinoatmosphäre zu Hause :)

SUBLET

During our sabbatical next winter we would like to sublet our flat.

- Core renovated old building
- 1.650 € per month for everything

The flat is located directly at the S-Bahn station Lichtenberg and is therefore very well connected. With 3.5 rooms, a large terrace with its own garden and 105 m2 of living space, it offers plenty of room to feel good. The flat was renovated 4 years ago and is therefore in very good condition.

The living room and study are connected by a French door. The bedroom opens out onto the quiet courtyard - ideal for a peaceful night's sleep.
The kitchen-cum-living-room (half room) with adjoining terrace also faces the inner courtyard. Here you can cook comfortably.
The sun shines into the flat all day. In the morning into the living room and office, from noon until evening you can enjoy the sun in the kitchen & garden. (Even in February and March we already sat in the sun in the garden :))
In the office, there are two fully equipped home office workstations (height-adjustable desk, monitor, office chairs) that are welcome to use.
A beamer with screen is installed in the living room, for a cinema atmosphere at home :)
