Dear Berlin visitors, my accommodation is close to the Berlin Sports Forum and only 15 minutes to the absolute center of Berlin, the Alexanderplatz.
It is ideal for couples and small groups up to 4 people, alone traveling adventurers, business travelers and sports enthusiasts (the sports forum is directly opposite).

The rent is including everything, furniture, floor heating, internet, electricity, water.

The living room:
The luxurious apartment has been completely renovated in 2016 with supermodern floor heating, a fitted kitchens, dimmable light spots on the ceilings, a boxspring bed and another big bed PLUS an extra big sleeping couch, a bathroom with bathtub and another small BAthroom with Shower and toilet. Windows to the silent big backyard, also 2 large flatscreen TV's, wireless internet is of course included.

2 Seperated Entrances, 2 Kitchens, 2 Bathrooms, perfect for your lovely WG!

Last but not least, there is YOUR large terrace WITH MORE THEN 30 sqm (!!) for YOU to enjoy the quiet courtyard PLUS an extra terrace in front of the Apartment.

The stop of the M5 is directly at the house and brings you in 15 minutes directly to the Alexanderplatz.

As a rule, our guests leave at 11 am on the day of departure that we have the time to prepare the apartment nicely for the next guests.

Guests arriving at this time may leave their luggage in the property in advance upon agreement with us.
For late check-in after 20.00 we charge 25 euros in cash that have to pay directly to our Team, for the latest check-in after 24 clock wie charge immediately 35 euros in cash.

The stop of the M5 is directly at the house and brings you in 15 minutes directly to the Alexanderplatz.
Your connection to both airports is very good and also of the train mainstations "ostbahnhof" is nearby.
Lots of bars, restaurants and space for sportactivities around.
