Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Mitte. Sie hat eine perfekte Lage in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Hackischer Markt Station, Sehenswürdigkeiten in Berlin, Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (kein Aufzug) mit einem tollen Blick auf den Fernsehturm und das rote Rathaus. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche in einem, und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Dies ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Der Preis beträgt 1200 Euro. Kaution 1200e. Reinigungsgebühr 50 Euro.

ENGLISH : We rent out our cozy and bright 2-room apartment in Berlin Mitte. It has a perfect location close to public transportation Hackischer Markt station, sights in Berlin, stores, supermarkets and restaurants.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) with a great view of the TV tower. It has a large living room and kitchen in one, and a bedroom with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The price is 1200 euros. Deposit 1200e. Cleaning fee 50e.
