Bright, quiet, central, the flat is very central, next to Arkonaplatz, Mauerpark, a step away from Bernauerstrasse U8 station
The rented area comprises one room, one kitchen, a bathroom and a lobby - there is an extra room that can be used for work - overall size of the flat = 70m2, 3rd floor
NOTE - We live there throughout the year so this is a flat with personal items like books and plants and we are looking for someone who can also take care of the plants in our absence i.e. watering every 3, 4 days. This also means the flat has everything you need to get by - we have an old washing machine that works but needs to be handled carefully - a dishwasher features in the kitchen, bath in the bathroom, etc....
