Zwischenmiete / Sublet - 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Mitte

Hi everyone,

I would like to sublet my flat for some time due to professional reasons. The dates I picked above are flexible, although the renting period should be min of 2 months.

The flat layout is a very common Berliner yard-flat, having a corridor, bathroom, kitchen, and a big room which I "divided" into living and sleeping areas, as you can see in the photos. The flat is fully furnished with everything you need for daily life.

The rent includes everything (gas, electricity, water and internet).
A deposit is requested on the value of a monthly rent (1250€) at the moment of signing the contract.

Since the flat is in Mitte, you can easily reach all kinds of public transport in Berlin, as well as restaurants, cafés, stores, etc.

A subletting contract should be signed for both us and some agreements about internet, furniture, and appliances.
A registration / Anmeldung is not possible.
It is important to me that you can take care of my plants. This means, watering them during the renting period.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
