Minimalist one bedroom apartment in Mitte for 5 weeks Dec 2016/Jan2017

I'm renting my minimalist apartment right in the middle of Mitte for 5 weeks while I go on holidays to Australia. The apartment is super cosy and has everything you need to live comfortably (wifi, washer/dryer, gas stove/oven, toaster, microwave, tv, bluetooth speakers, good heating) as well as being perfectly in the center of Berlin, 2 minutes walk from train station U Bernauerstr on the U8 line, and the M10 Tram. In the area are plenty of cafes and restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. It's also right on the Berlin Wall Memorial, if you're new in Berlin and want to do some sightseeing.

I'm not trying to make any money from this, I just want to cover my rent while I'm gone.

Ich vermiete meine minimalistische Wohnung mitten in Mitte für 5 Wochen, während ich in Australien Urlaub mache. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um bequem zu leben (WiFi, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Gasherd / Backofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, TV, Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, gute Heizung) sowie perfekt im Zentrum von Berlin, 2 Minuten Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof U Bernauerstr auf der Linie U8 und der M10 Tram. In der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants und Supermärkte zur Auswahl. Es ist auch direkt am Berliner Mauerdenkmal, wenn man neu in Berlin ist und Sightseeing machen möchte.

Ich versuche nicht, Geld von diesem zu machen, ich will nur meine Miete zu decken, während ich weg bin.
