Hi everyone!
As our beloved flatmate is leaving Berlin for a couple of months, Tom and I are looking for someone who wants to take her room during December and January (depending on your needs, February could be possible).
The room is roughly 17m2 and will be totally furnished (see pictures - double bed!). Being on the 9th floor, the views are quite nice too. The flat is located right next to the Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station, which is very convenient. The price is 600€/mo all included and kaution/desposit is 800€.
We are both working at the moment, so we are pretty busy during normal working hours. Outside those, we often cook, go to live music shows, explore bars/restaurants or go clubbing. Some other random stuff we like includes volleyball (that’s Tom), board games (me) and of course smoothies.

It's located right at Hackescher Markt, so just a few minutes walk from both S-Bahn and Tram stations. About 7 minutes walk away is also Weinmeisterstraße U-bahn
