It is located directly at U Rosenthaler Platz with a nice roof terrace.
The total rent is 3200€ warm. I would be willing to pay 1400€. So the last 1800€ would be split between you two. So for you the total rent would be 1800€.
I am willing to stay for at least 3 months. It is possible to get a Meldebescheinigung. If you want to live longer, I'm sure I can prolong my stay according to your wishes.

I was born in the north of Berlin and have been living in Kreuzberg for a few years now. Unfortunately, our landlord wants us all out as soon as possible.
