I'm subletting my apartment in Berlin, Mitte while I will be traveling from November -January, close to Naturkundemuseum & Nordbanhof. Due to my busy schedule I will be at home very late or traveling. So generally you will be staying alone in a whole apartment.
WHEN:
- November 1-30: 20 days whole apartment and 10 days shared with me.
- December 1-31: 17 days alone and 13 days shared with me.
- January 1-14, 14 days alone
PRICE: DAILY SHARED OPTION 40 EURO, DAILY ALONE OPTION 50 EURO. Monthly 1400 EURO.
DEPOSIT: It serves as security for the homeowner if the tenant does not pay the rent in full, or if damage occurs to the apartment for which the tenant is responsible - 700 EURO
- The 80 sq./m. sunny apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 is for tenant with balcony), 2 toilets (guest/main ), 1 bathroom, kitchen and 1 living room with balcony fully furnished with modern and new furniture.
- Anmeldung not possible. Suitable for 1 person or couple .
- No pet, no smoking, no party. Agree to accept the building’s rules.
- Transportation: Super-connected within 2-3 mins walk to U6/S bahn/ Tram 12,5,8,10 at station Naturkundemuseum & Nordbanhof
