Untermiete im März (02.03.24-01.04.24)

Ich bin im Urlaub und vermiete daher meine wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Dachgeschoss an eine Person unter, sehr hell, sehr ruhig, komplett eingerichtet mit Blick über ganz Berlin. Da ich ein paar Pflanzen besitze suche ich eine Person die regelmäßig gießen kann in der Zeit.

Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Mitte in einem schönen Altbau, nah an der Spree, nah an ÖPNV (Ringbahn Westhafen oder U9 Birkenstraße), nah am Hbf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min erreichbar (Lidl, Penny, Edeka), Park, Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke

Ich suche eine ruhige, respektvolle Person, 250€ Kaution, keine PartyWg, keine Haustiere, für Nichtraucher und keine Anmeldung möglich, nicht Barrierefrei, da kein Aufzug

I am on holiday and therefore sublet my beautiful 2 room flat in the attic to one person, very bright, very quiet, fully furnished with a view over the whole of Berlin. As I own a few plants I am looking for a person who can water them regularly during that time.

The flat is located in Berlin Mitte in a beautiful old building, close to the Spree, close to public transport (Ringbahn Westhafen or U9 Birkenstraße), close to the main train station, shopping facilities within 5 min (Lidl, Penny, Edeka), park, bars and restaurants around the corner.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful person, 250€ deposit, no party flat, no pets, non-smokers and no registration possible, not barrier-free as there is no lift.
