ENGLISH BELOW! Ich habe ab 1. Mai für mind. 1 Jahr eine *wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung*, *in einer WG* in einem typischen Berliner Altbau mit Bohéme-Flair Nähe Hbf. Sie ist für *eine Person* gedacht. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer mit Deckenstuck und Balkon, einen Flur, ein etwas kleineres Zimmer und eine Abstellkammer. Sie ist für eine WG [mit mir] ausgerichtet: Es gibt eine gemeinsame, große Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die gemütliche Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen/ Herd und Kühlschrank ausgestattet, das Bad mit Waschmaschine. Alle Räume haben historische Holzbalken, der Balkon ist neu gemacht. Einen Teil der Möbel kann ich gerne überlassen, aber es kann auch eigenes Mobiliar mitgebracht werden. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. Gewachsene, ruhige Nachbarschaft im Haus. Das Mietverhältnis ist vom Verwalter auf ein Jahr begrenzt, jedoch mit Option auf Verlängerung. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut: Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke, zur U9 oder Ringbahn sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof Zoo kommt man mit der U9 in 5 Minuten. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés. Bei mir wohnt auch ein sehr menschenfreundlicher Kater, der sicher in der Küche vorbeischauen wird. Ich bin Ingenieur und Digitalkünstler, und im Bereich Startup und Neue Energien tätig, ich spreche fließend Englisch und Dänisch, etwas Französisch, bit italian.

I have a *beautiful 2-room flat* in *a flatshare*, for *one person* from 1 May for at least 1 year in a typical Berlin 'Gründerzeit' building with bohemian flair near the main railway station. There is a large room with stucco ceiling and balcony, a hallway, a slightly smaller room and a storage room. It is designed to share [with me] a large kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The cosy kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven/stove and refrigerator, the bathroom with washing machine. All rooms have historic wooden beams, the balcony is newly made. Some of the furniture can be left to you, but you can also bring your own. The flat has its own entrance. Established, quiet neighbourhood in the house. The rental agreement is limited to one year by the landlord, but with an option to extend. The connection to public transport is very good: the bus stop is just around the corner, it is a 10-minute walk to the U9 or Ringbahn and the Zoo station is 5 minutes away on the U9. Very good shopping facilities and cafés. I also have a very friendly tomcat living with me, who is sure to pop into the kitchen.
I am an engineer and digital artist, working in the startup and new energy sector, I speak fluent English and Danish, some French, bit Italian.
