The 100 sqm apartment is open-plan, a rarity in Berlin.
You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
You can also use my home office set up with a large screen, a lounge, speakers, and the fastest internet available.
The bedroom is equipped with a large bed, sofas, hammock, a beamer with apple tv, and surround sound.
The apartment is in a hinterhof, and so it is very quiet.

Looking for someone who is clean, quiet and respectful: ideal for a couple. :)

IMPORTANT: I am offering the flat at a very low/very reasonable price, in exchange for taking care of two wonderful cats :)
