Family, Remote Workers and Creative Industry Friendly Apartment (with the possibility of long term extension and anmeldung)

We’re subletting our fully furnished apartment for 5 months starting October 28th (with the possibility of extension), and it might just be the right spot for you. It's about 85 square meters, fully furnished, and has a genuinely homey feel to it. One of the rooms is a fully kitted out, acoustically treated music studio with a recording booth. If you’re into creating music or any sound-related work, this could be a sweet spot for you. Oh, and the studio gear? We can talk about renting that out for a small extra fee if you need it. If you don't work in music but of remote work this could be your home office.

Besides the indoor goodness, there’s a huge garden out back. It’s shared with other buildings around but it’s spacious, really like having a park at your doorstep. Great for outdoor breakfasts or summer picnics.

* We're keen to rent out the whole space, studio (or home office) included. However, we’re also considering renting out the apartment without the studio for a reduced price you see above. The studio would be locked in this case. But hey, preference will be given to those looking to rent the entire space, studio included.

The final rent with the music studio (or home office) will be 1,800€, excluding bills.

Location perks:
We're in the heart of Neukölln. Weserstraße, known for its bars and nightlife, is just around the corner. For day-to-day needs, there are plenty of supermarkets, kiosks, and some really good Arabic and Turkish bakeries nearby.

Transportation:
- Closest Metro: U7, a 7-minute walk.
- Buses to Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld (166 and M41,M43) are a mere 2-minute walk away.
- Bus M41, which will get you to Hermannplatz, Kreuzberg, Mitte, is 4 minutes away on foot.

A few heads-ups:
- The apartment does not allow for Anmeldung. (longer-term arrangement with anmeldung is be possible in the future)
- Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot allow dogs in the apartment due to allergies.
- No basement available
- After 9PM Music studio can only be used with headphones.
- Initially, we're looking at a 5-month sublet. Depending on how things go, a longer-term arrangement isn’t off the table.
