4 Zimmer Wohnung im Schillerkiez/Neukölln für 2-3 Monate

Wir vermieten unsere geliebte Wohnung für den Zeitraum, in dem wir im Urlaub sind. Wir werden für mindestens 2 Monate unterwegs sein, aber es könnte evtl. eine Option für eine Verlängerung geben.

Es handelt sich um eine voll ausgestattete Vierzimmerwohnung im beliebten Schillerkiez, im Herzen von Neukölln.
Die Wohnung ist 105 qm, hat einen kleinen Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,60 m breiten Bett (zum Hof), ein „Esszimmer“, ein Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Büro zum Arbeiten. Außerdem hat es zwei Bäder, von dem eins eine Badewanne hat. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Couch, aber auch die Möglichkeit ein zweites Bett (Schlafsofa) aufzubauen... Da wir ein Aquarium und viele Pflanzen haben, wäre es super, wenn du diese füttern und gießen kannst.

Gelegen ist die Wohnung in einer Querstraße zur Hermannstrasse, Nähe U 8 Boddinstrasse und liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld und der Hasenheide entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und viele nette kleine Cafés und Kneipen. Im Viertel gibt es alles, was man braucht und hat in der Wohnung dennoch seine Ruhe...

Für uns ist es wichtig, Leute zu finden, die die Wohnung und das Mobiliar schätzen und damit sorgsam damit umgehen und sich natürlich pudelwohl fühlen.

We are renting out our beloved flat for the period we are on holiday.
We will be travelling for at least 2 months, but there may be an option for an extension.

It is a fully furnished four-room flat in the popular Schillerkiez neighbourhood, in the heart of Neukölln.
The flat is 105 square metres, has a small balcony, a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed (facing the courtyard), a "dining room", a living room and a small office for working. It also has two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is a couch in the living room, but it is also possible to set up a second bed (sofa bed)...
As we have an aquarium and lots of plants, it would be great if you could feed and water them.

The flat is located in a cross street to Hermannstrasse, near U8 Boddinstrasse and is a 5-minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide. There is a supermarket, a bakery and lots of nice little cafés and bars in the immediate vicinity.
You can find everything you need in the neighbourhood and still have peace and quiet in the flat...

It's important for us to find people who appreciate the flat and the furniture, who will treat it with care and of course feel very comfortable.
