Beautiful apartment on the top floor in a house with a good connection to neighbors.

Mostly all you need (grocery stores, subway and Ringbahn as well as other stores) is reachable by foot within 5-10 minutes.
The apartment has many windows so in grey winter you get as much daylight as you can get.

There are many plants in this house that are cared for with love.
The apartment has lots of cool things like:
- a standing desk for working
- a good kitchen with a lot of good kitchen tools
- A terrace
- Ceiling windows in bathroom and hallway
- lots of beautiful details and good energy as I created this as my absolute favourite home in the big city

The apartment is a very quiet apartment and I am looking for someone who values that and lives a quiet and peaceful lifestyle. I am especially looking for someone who knows how to take care of things and values quality.
