Wohnung in Berlin-Neukölln vom 16.April bis 15. Juli 2024 für eine Person

Hallo,
Ich vermiete für 3 Monate ein Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln. Auf den Fotos wird das zu vermietende Zimmer gezeigt. Ein weiteres Zimmer wird von mir als Arbeitszimmer genutzt und wird nicht mit vermietet. Es gibt keine weiteren Mitbewohner.
Die Altbauwohnung erstreckt sich über insgesamt 68m2 und befindet sich etwa 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Karl-Marx-Str. entfernt.
Sie ist lichtdurchflutet, ruhig gelegen und vollständig möbliert, inklusive Waschmaschine und WLAN. Die zentrale Lage im Hinterhof ermöglicht eine angenehme Ruhe, während Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks, Cafés und Bars bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Die Wohnung wird für den gesamten Zeitraum vermietet, daher suche ich eine ruhige Person (keine Party-People!), die idealerweise nicht zu jung ist.
Da ich zahlreiche Pflanzen habe, ist es mir wichtig, dass diese einmal wöchentlich gegossen werden und der Mieter idealerweise über Kenntnisse in der Pflanzenpflege verfügt.
Ein persönliches Treffen vor Vertragsabschluss wäre von Vorteil, um offene Fragen zu klären. Grundlegende Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse wären ebenfalls wünschenswert.
