QUIET FLAT IN NEUKÖLLN offered from Friday 01.12.2023 till Monday 15.04.2024 for ONLY ONE person.

We would like to sublet our simple and quiet home in Neukölln while we are away from DECEMBER Friday 01st 2023 till APRIL Monday 15th 2024, ( 4 months and a half ).

We are looking for ONE RESPONSIBLE and NON-SMOKER (that means no parties and respecting the place), a quiet person who could take care of the place in our absence, that can feel Her/himself here at home.
As we all know about the increasing price of the electricity and heating, responsable means that you must be really conscious with the use of heating, water and electricity during the upcoming winter.

The Flat is very silent and quiet ( the neighborhood as well) with a lot of sunlight. It has one big kitchen, one bedroom, one living room, WC and shower. We have WiFi Internet and FLAT RATE PHONE inside Germany, from fix to fix, NOT to any Handy.

It is located by the water channel near Treptower Park and the forest with very good connection with public transportation.

It is a green and quiet area in the south east of Berlin.

The monthly rent is 975 euros ( all expenses included,water/heat/electricity/wifi/) and we ask for a deposit of 200 Euros that will be returned after we are back.

If you have reached reading till here, are interested and feel yourself matching with the human being we are foreseeing, we want to let you know that we will be giving priority in principle to those ones who are already in Berlin and/or those ones able to came personally, so we can meet for seeing the flat and getting to know each other.
