As we go away for vacations, we rent our beloved, fully furnished flat in Neukoelln, the hip district of Berlin (FROM 12 TO 22 of June). The place is just in between the former airport Tempelhof, now converted into a huge green leisure space, and Hasenheide park. The apartment was renovated just a couple of months ago - it's very fresh and cozy. It is on the ground floor, but still it's pretty bright.
There are: a bedroom with one double bed; living room with sofa-bed for 2 people, an additional smaller sofa and music equipment; another room, where you find one single mattress, that you can use as a bedroom as well, fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and toaster) and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
The flat has blinds and good WI-FI. It's very well connected with the rest of the city, you can reach a lot of places of interest by bike as well. On a special request we can leave our bike available, for a small additional pay.
Please not that, as we leave just for some days, we won't be able to take away all of our personal properties. The flat is clean and tidy, but not totally empty of our stuff. Of course, we'd hide it all in closets etc.
There's plenty of shops and supermarkets down the street. U-bahn station Boddinstr. is just 5 minutes easy walk from the flat. Night buses stop very close as well.
We want you to have a lovely holiday, and want us to have a lovely come back. Therefore, we don't allow any big parties to be organized here. There are 5 sleeping places (double bed, sofa-bad, and a mattress), so the place is ideal for families or group of friends. Also couples and single are very welcome.
