Schillerkiez: Furnished Apartment with 2 Rooms

During my absence I'm renting out 2 of the 3 rooms of my apartment in north Neukoelln near Tempelhofer Feld. Fully furnished (incl Sonos Sound System), small bedroom (desk, French bed and blackout curtains), living room (big couch, TV, dining table, lots of books) with small balcony, bright south facing kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, small table), new shower (with window), toilet separately. Option to extend if we get on, whereas then we would share the place (costs to be negotiated). For me this is my home for many years and my safe space, and I'm happy if it can be the same for you! Therefore I am looking for someone who appreciates the love and care put in the place and is willing to treat it accordingly. I have green electricity and bio gas, I'm vegetarian, trying to avoid plastic, and I would find it difficult to have someone living in my place who is not mindful with the resources we take from this planet. Included in the price is a cleaner coming in every 3 weeks. As this is a sublet, Anmeldung is not possible. Smoking on the balcony.
