nice flat on the canal, free for nine days, from 10.10. till 19.10.

I'm out of berlin for nine days and therefore my flat is available.

the period is from Monday 10.10, until Wednesday 19.10.
(I'm coming back on the 19.10, so the last available night is the 18.10)

The flat is 54 m2, NON-smoking, situated on the canal in Neukölln, at the border with Treptow, near Weichselplatz.

I am closing one room, but the rest of the flat is for you to use, which means you will have a kitchen with all you need, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living/sleeping room with a comfy double bed, sofa, armchairs, table and 2 chairs, plus a nice balcony facing the quiet inner garden (on the balcony you are allowed to smoke of course ;).
There is also a spacious hallway where you can hang your jackets, leave your bags, shoes and so on.

Fast Wi-Fi is available, a washing machine is in the kitchen, where you also have a large frigde and a gas stove to cook your tasty meals, if you like.

The flat is on the second floor, right at the canal, 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station of Rathaus Neukölln and from the buses to both treptow and kreuzberg.

Many nice bars and restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk and Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner.

I am looking for someone for the whole period, the price for a single person is 25 euro per day,
the price for a couple is 35 euro per day. Special deal if you stay the whole period.

there is a deposit of 150 euro to be returned at the end of your stay.
