it's a bright, cosy and newly renovated flat in the heart of kreuzkölln on the 4th floor of an typical gründerzeit berlin altbau. with an open kitchen/living room area, bedroom, a nice bathroom with bathtub and a spacious balcony with an outside couch, plank flooring, quite a few plants and a lot of self made furniture.
the entire flat is available and perfect for singles/couples or people working from home. please no pets. its fully equipped with kitchen utensil, washing machine, fast internet and so on.

it's in a vivid area with proximity to major subway hubs like u7 and u8. anything you need is in walking distance. beautiful markets during the week and weekends, the canal, bars, parks and restaurants, but on a quiet street. mostly there is a great vibe coming from the street and people roaming through the kiez.
we're only asking what we are paying. for the 3 week period (19 days) we will take 600 €. also we ask you to leave a 300 € deposit. preferably you'll stay the whole time, but slightly different dates are no problem.
note: the pictures are 2 years old. there are a lot more plants now :D
