This small flat has been renovated and it's completely furnished.
Ideal for a couple, the apartment consists of a bedroom and a big leaving room with an open kitchen.
All the windows face south which makes the flat really bright.
Available for one year with possibility of extension. Minimum stay of 1 year. No short term rentals.
I'm the owner and I'm currently abroad so the current tenant will show you the flat. I will then arrange to talk to interested tenants via zoom. I'm taking care of the selection process myself but the flat will then be managed by an agency so you will have someone always available for anything that might come up during your tenancy.
The building is situated close to the intersection between Pflügerstraße and Reuterstraße, 3 minutes by walk from the canal and right in the middle of Kreuzkölln. Possibly the best part of Neukölln to live in.
The closest U-Bahn is Schönleinstraße (8 minutes).
Nebenkosten include common building expenses, heating and water for which the tenant will receive every year around June or July a "Jahresabrechnung".
The 40 euros of Sonstige Kosten are the internet (Vodafone CableMax 1000).
Electricity costs are not included, tenants will have their own contract with Vattenfall (or the provider of their choice).
